Studium und Ausbildung bei der BURGERGROUP

Training at the BURGERGROUP

We don’t just train people, we hire them as regular employees after they’ve finished their apprenticeships! With a trainee quota of roughly 9%, the BURGER GROUP is above average within its respective industry sector! Nearly 95% of our trainees are hired as regular employees after they’ve finished their apprenticeships, which reflects our innovative spirit and sense of social responsibility, and at the same time is an indicator of the motivation of our trainees.

Training is a tradition at Burger

Already at an early stage, tradition-rich SBS-Feintechnik recognised the fact that recruiting and qualifying new employees is a decisive competitive factor. In 1868, twelve years after its founding, Josef Burger’s company trained its first apprentice! Klemenz Burger learned the foundryman’s trade. Today there are more than 36 apprentices at the BURGER GROUP, who are being trained in 10 different vocations.

The “We Are United” feeling

Thanks to our training experience and tradition, our innovative training concept and our outstanding company culture, we’ve not only been successful with our training programme, we’ve also established a company-wide “We Are United” feeling. In keeping with the slogan “pleasantly different”, we impart the values which are important for us and contribute to the success of Burger during the apprenticeship. The “Burger Spirit” includes trust, a willingness to accept and bear responsibility, creativity, friendliness and courtesy.
